A few years ago I had this idea to write articles because, frankly, I couldn't stand how people can be so stupid. I seemed to get it out of my system, writing only 5 articles last year compared to 18 in 02. Here we are again, though, just after the year of 2003. '03 is the year that I will look back on and remember all the people that shouldn't be working in the field of their choice.

Copyright laws. I speak a lot of having a real life and getting a real life and yet no one has asked me to define "real life". As a side note, yes, people to do email me about my articles. Right now the ratio is 90:10. Maybe it is 90% of the people that don't like my articles, maybe it is 10%; in any case I have developed yet another message about getting a real life.

I stumbled across this article by accident while trying to get the scores of the 2A basketball teams in the state. http://www.adn.com/front/story/2451673p-2499170c.html is quite the article and while Rosemary Shinohara, to whom the article is attributed to, is not necessarily to blame, I hope that the tone and far reaching implications of this article were examined before it was printed.

Short Attention Spans. Real Disorders vs. Only an Excuse

I have heard debates over why some kids seem to learn well and pay attention in class and why others simply seem to be unable to physically or mentally coupe. New terms like Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) have been used to describe other people many times and in so many environments that I can’t help but have an urge to write about them.
