Bush was wrong about Iran...was he? If you read the headlines and the first few paragraphs, again, you are led to that conclusion. Read further and guess what...the same National Intelligence Estimate that now says Iran’s Nuclear efforts stopped in 2004 is the same National Intelligence Estimate that said Iran continued nuclear efforts in 2005. It was Bush who asked for more intelligence to figure out what was really going on.

...

Because I know that you are not going to read this entire article, read the next paragraph, you must know that in 2005 the evidence for the WMD desires was a laptop with actual documents, designs, letters and physical evidence. The evidence against the WMD desire is some chatter they picked up on some phone line between two people who could be freaks for all we know. If the only thing a country has to do to get the United States to blast their own President and change all public policies for something the President really doesn’t have much choice over, then you can guarantee that they have rooms and rooms full of people talking smack on the phones all day long. It has long been known that the US military is dangerous but the general public is weak. Fat and happy. Living off the deaths of their fathers who understood what it took to live free, truly free whether it is from ones government or from terrorists.

The article also says that the WMD program was stopped because Iran only wanted to prove that they could make a weapon…so they can make a weapon? So they stopped their program because they already know how? So they stopped because, now that they an prove they can make a weapon, can build one in a short time?

I say, let them build some weapons and then get on some lines that we know they are listening on and say “Iran is starting plans for a global attack against Al Qaida and all terrorists” about several thousand times, with many different “high ranking officials” being the source of this intelligence and then watch them bomb the crap out of each other. What, they wouldn’t fall for it? You may have.

Why do the media have to be so biased and force such exonerating information into the ends of the articles? The problem is that people fall for it. They really do. They read a little and get all revved up, that Bush, doesn’t know anything, just a drunk, blah, blah, blah. Guess what, no one reading the article knows anything about Iran’s nuclear ambitions unless they are told. The President is the same way. He chooses what to believe based on the information he is given. I’d like to point out too that if you think you could possibly know if Iran has WMD ambitions or not, you’re an idiot. Iranians do not even know.

In 2005 the NIE said one thing, now they are saying another…this is Bush’s fault? He has a specific set of kiss-ass republicans that actually go to Iran, infiltrate their government, see that the Iranians do not want to make WMDs, come back to the US to tell the President that Iran is going to make WMDs because that is the right thing to do. Yep. That’s it.

Honestly, you can’t blame any President for National Intelligence Reports. If the 2007 report had said that Iran was trying to build WMDs and you found out that the 2005 report said that they were building bombs and the President didn’t do anything about it…People can’t have it both ways.

Here’s another bulletin. It says that Rice called Britain, France, Russia, China and that an Israeli official said he wouldn’t have shown up to the summit requesting sanctions on Iran. HEY FOREIGN COUNTRIES HOW ABOUT GETTING YOUR OWN INTELLIGENCE REPORTS. What? It costs too much money to defend the world and you have to put your countries out on a limb every once in awhile? What? You might have to go to war yourselves instead of relying on the Unites States to bail you out? Especially France…what a bunch of pansies. How many times do we have to save your country to make up for helping us with our independence 200 some years ago? I truly hope that your country needs the help of our military again and we wait a few more months to gather more information while you are begging for help. We’d hate to be wrong you know.

We tell you what we know at that very moment and then some contradictory evidence comes in and we lied? How about contributing a bit and knowing that what you are doing is based on your own evidence AS WELL?

Think of a tip line set up for tips about crimes. How many of those tips actually turn out to be helpful? People still believe that the world is flat and I have heard them in clips floating around on the Internet from UFO’s shows. You think the world is round…but how do you really know? You were told? Have you seen it from space? How do you know you were in space and that they didn’t drug you and have you wake up in some virtual reality? I have someone saying the world is flat and that the curvature of the earth in pictures is from the satellite flying in a circle. They also say that all of those pictures are fake anyway…Photoshop fabrications. Further, we never landed on the moon, Elvis isn’t dead, there are aliens from outer space living not only among us but within you right now and the government is listening to your phone call so you’d better not mention that you might vote for Hillary Clinton because you’ll be put on their complete idiot list and be audited by the IRS sometime in the future.

Clinton had the same problems. If he didn’t, Osama would have been killed before you even knew who he was. This isn’t a President Bush problem. It is an intelligence problem. The problem is that people want to know now, right now. Information changes daily. DAILY. If you have ever worked on any major project you know this. Don’t go all gaga over a single bit of information and for cry’n out loud, have some pride in your country and at least blame the people responsible for the wrong information. FYI it’s not the President or the Vice President, or their cabinet. I say this even if, God help us, Hillary Clinton is elected President.

My Pledge As you may notice in the many articles to come, I absolutely can not stand people that have an opinion about something they know very little about or didn't take the time to research before giving their opinion. I pledge that I will not write a single article about a subject that I don't know enough about to see several sides of the issue. If you think I am missing something, I'd love to be the first to know about it. Other Stuff The opinions expressed in these articles are for discussion purposes only and do not, in anyway, reflect the opinions, voting practices or ideas of Findawish.com, its parent company, its employees and/or their families/friends or its affiliates. Public input is welcome but no response is guaranteed. I am often asked why I don't write a new article every single day. The short answer is that I don't have that much to say. I have quite a few articles that will never be posted because I either feel that I don't know enough about the subject or that I can't defend my stance well enough to allow it to be criticized or critiqued by the general public. If you really want to know how I feel about these articles you should read the source section of my rules to live by articles.
