Movie Ratings and Reviews

New Moon has been a long time coming...So serveral of my girlfriends and I read all the the Stephenie Meyer Twilight Series books and decided since we all got hooked on them and also LOVED the movie Twilight, we would all go see New Moon opening night.  Our ages ranged from 27 to 35 and thought we would be the only "old" ladies there, but we were pleaseantly surprised we were the norm.  Aside from getting there at 10pm and being shocked people had been there since 3pm, we all were set to wait in line for this highly aniticipated event!  Watching the movie with people who are just as "excited" about the movie was amazing!  We all knew what was going to happen in the movie yet we all reacted the same as when we first read it in the book, laughing out loud, crying, cringing, and just giddy at times!  The movie was great but seeing it with such an enthralled audience was the best part!

The storyline was pre-determined and I truly did not want it to deviate very far from that.  That being said I was happy to see how closely Chris Weintz made the movie to the book.  The fighting scenes could have been longer, but hey, I knew it wasn't an action movie.  You can definately tell the movie "grew up" with better acting, better cloths, better special effects, and better interpritation of why fans love Twilight.

So the release date for Eclipse is June 30th, 2010, I can't wait!
